ScoreShuttle is seeking a creative developer to join or tech crew. You’ll help design, code, document and architect our applications that can grow with our user base. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, friendly industry expert that is proficient in design patterns and the latest technology trends.

Must have skills:

  • 2+ years of development experience building commercial grade web applications.
    Extremely solid JS fundamentals – including ES6 and ES7.
  • Strong communication and soft skills.
  • Must be willing to contribute to the team and provide fresh ideas as well as communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience designing major software components.
  • Advanced-Expert level knowledge of Node.js and extensive experience with a variety of JS frameworks.
  • Experience designing testable software and writing automated tests (are you a fan of cypress & jest?).

Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy helping people? Would your friends describe you as a great listener? If so, this may be the mission for you! ScoreShuttle is seeking a polished, articulate new crew member to join our customer service team. This position is focused around providing superior phone support for our clients; managing and maintaining their accounts, addressing problems/concerns, and demonstrating positive energy all around.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients enrolled in our credit score managment software program.
  • Take approximately 30-40 inbound calls daily. Make approximately 20-30 outbound calls daily.
  • Maintain existing accounts by following up with clients on missing payment information, changes to their accounts, etc.
  • Welcome clients to the program with a friendly call that includes walking them through the online portal and describing how everything will work.

What to bring:

  • 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center Experience.
  • Background in the credit industry highly desired.
  • STRONGLY prefer bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Empathy and willingness to assist consumers.
  • High level of computer skills; typing, ability to learn new software, using multiple programs at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must enjoy working in call center environment.
  • Highly resourceful and adaptable to changing needs of the business.

Software Sales & Software Support Associate

ScoreShuttle is looking for an ambitious, competitive new Software Sales & Software Support Associate who enjoys the thrill of success, almost as much as they love to help. This position requires answering incoming calls in addition to making outbound calls and assisting our new clients with setting up their credit mangement software enrollment.

  • Your primary tasks will include: motivating, educating, and enrolling clients into our credit mangement software.
  • Connect with clients and help them understand how they can accomplish their dreams through improved creditworthiness.
  • Maintain compliance with various regulations associated with our software.
